In the news. . . Dover Hills Park & Subdivision
Though this article was published June 2, 2023, it is timely that we revisit the commitments of our city regarding the new park and subdivision for the Dover Hills neighborhood located in District 4 to the northeast of the Smith’s Grocery at Bengal and 3500 East.
You will see in the report that I am vociferous for the needs and desires of residents. This focus by council members and staff needs to continue from conception to contractual arrangements to oversight during the building process.
Process mapping is something that our young city can implement, while it also improves accountability and transparency in order to have efficient and effective use of taxpayer dollars, and resident satisfaction. This takes a vision and willingness by leadership.
